Thank you! I knew I wanted to be a musician since before I can remember. Both my parents and both of my brothers are musicians as well. :)

Q

Hi! Greetings from Philippines. Can I know who is the first artist you work with and what song had you made?

Laura Brehm responded on 04/07/2019
A

Hi! The first artist/producer I worked with was Nick Cocozzella. He produced my first two albums, 'Day to Day' and 'Dreams' which can be found at www.laurabrehm.bandcamp.com :)

Q

What inspired you to write vocals and what do you think was the biggest contribution to where you are now?PS:Love you laura,i wish you the best and for you to keep on creating music

Laura Brehm responded on 04/07/2019
A

I can't remember a time when I didn't want to sing and be a musician, because it started at a very young age. I think the biggest contribution to where I am now is releasing on various EDM labels with my collaborations such as Monstercat & NCS, as well as working with producers who have a prominent following such as TheFatRat.

Q

Who is your favorite artist and who would you like to collab with

Laura Brehm responded on 04/07/2019
A

My favorite artist is The Beatles. I would love to collab with a long list of people.. Royksopp, Flume, and Alan Walker, to name a few.

Q

Who inspired you to make vocals/sing and what is thats motivating you to keep doing what you love?Love you and take care!

Laura Brehm responded on 04/07/2019
A

I can't remember a time when I didn't want to sing, as it started when I was a very young child. What motivates me to keep doing what I love is very intrinsic; music is who I am and so I feel lost if I am not creating music. It's also my way to contribute something to the world, and it brings me fulfillment.

Q

Do you weitere your lyrics yourself? And If yes, what inspires you?

Laura Brehm responded on 04/07/2019
A

Yes, I do. I am inspired by many things! Mainly, the dreamy and ethereal aspects of life and philosophical questions.
