If someone you didn't know came into a pizza store alone and got pizza, and then saw you sitting and eating pizza, also alone, what could that person say to you to have the most likely chance to sit at your table and eat pizza with you?
Haha, interesting question. I'm not too sure to be honest.. maybe if they said something really funny. :)
Hi! I've thought about doing that - it would most likely be a project I'd slowly work on in the background while I did other things so it probably wouldn't happen for some time. It's a great idea tho!
When I was little, I took ballet classes and dancing to the classical music initially sparked my interest. My Dad is also a pianist so I always heard him playing and that inspired me as well! So, I started taking piano lessons at age 5 and it just kept going from there. :) Thanks!
Hey Laura, do you face depression some times? This is a hard and personal topic, so obviously you can choose to answer. Your music just reminds me of these days/weeks that i got now and then, where everything is just so pointless. By the way, the pronounciation of lately and lonely fit in pretty perfect. I wish you the best. Pascal from Germany
I don't tend to face any more than the occasional depression that I think is natural for us at times. However I have had major anxiety / panic attacks in the past. It's something that has held me back at times but also has made me stronger. :)
No plans for gigs at the moment, but I'm figuring out my live set and hopefully it'll all come together soon. :)
Laura you're amazing. Any plans for some songs similar to Cosmic Gravity and Don't Wait in the near future? I really love the music that isn't super heavy that you're in because it's easier to get mesmerized in your voice
Thanks! I'm glad you like those. I have plans for MANY songs similar to them.
Touring plans are unclear at the moment. As soon as I find out, I will let all of you know on my social media pages and in my newsletter.
Hey Laura :D
I don't have a question but I want to use these lines to tell you my story:
A few years back I started listening to Monstercats music and soon I discovered your song "Valkyrie". I instantly fell in love with your heartwarming voice. It's amazing how you stayed my all time favorite vocalist over these years. I especially like your solo music in which your creativity and passion can flower out.
To top it all off you started doing acoustic versions of the EDM songs :D. Your voice is like from heaven. I don't know if you believe in god but I do think that it is a gift from Him. With this angelic voice you manage to cheer me up every time.
To cut the story short I want to tell you that you inspired and gave me hope in my darkness. I'm literally speechless when I listen to your music.
Thank you for everything.
I hope to see you soon live :)
Most Sincerely and the best wishes for your future,
Steve from Switzerland
PS: I'm sorry for my English. It isn't my mother tongue
Thanks so much for your kind words and support. :) It means a lot to me!
I'm glad that my music has helped you find hope.
How do you manage to have such a wonderful voice... I still hear it in the breeze :P
Guess that's not really a question, but just wanted to let you know how greatly appreciated you and your music are! Thanks a ton :D
I would say passion and hard work.
Thank you for your support. :)
